Our dispatching times exclude weekends.

The team speaks to our delivery and courier partners across Europe, daily.

Always note, there can be delays in areas across Europe, depending on locations and islands due to reduced workforces from delivery companies which may result in longer delivery times.

Our dispatch time is the time it takes for your order to leave us.

We send updates from our delivery networks through the system. This is an update via your order – or account.

Tracking details are also sent directly from our courier partners using the information that you provide on your orders. Please ensure details are correct.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, you can!

We have our dedicated support team who can help you with your order and tracking.

Once an order has been “completed” on the system, you will then receive your tracking information via your account and also via SMS, Text or E-Mail using the details you have provided on your order.

Do You Have Different Shipping Options?

Yes, we do have different options.

We have regular and express optionas. Please get in touch.

Flat Rate –
(3-7 Working Day Dispatch)

This is our standard shipping fee which is automatically added to orders.

Express Shipping
(1-2 Working Day Dispatch)

Our express shipping option moves your order to the top of the list for the team to pack, as quickly as possible.

Normally within 24-48 hours.

Orders are sent out Monday to Thursday – we don’t send orders on the weekend as we do not want your orders to be sat in the depots over the weekend.

Please note: Dispatch days are working days. This excludes weekends, bank holidays and holidays.
